Sales Executive

An international hospitality group is recruiting a Sales Executive in Dammam to develop customer relationships and generate hotel business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to deliver customer requirements.
• Update CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Attend networking events and monitor local market activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organise your workload and work towards sales targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and the local market is preferred.
