- Manage and develop relationships with commercial strawberry growers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the strawberry sector.
- Conduct regular field visits to strawberry farms and growers.
- Provide product support and recommend suitable agricultural solutions based on growers' needs.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience dealing directly with commercial strawberry growers is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of strawberry cultivation and growers' requirements.
- Experience in agricultural sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
