Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Recommend gold jewellery and provide excellent customer service.
• Host livestreams to promote products and drive sales.
• Respond to customer enquiries in-store, via WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Create basic social media content and support marketing campaigns.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
• Process sales transactions, online orders, and after-sales enquiries.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory control, and daily store operations.
• Manage online product listings and order fulfilment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and jewellery trends.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual candidates with retail or jewellery sales experience are preferred.
• Sales-driven with an interest in retail, e-commerce, and livestream selling.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; familiarity with social media is an advantage.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates who can start work on short notice will have an added advantage.
