Sales Executive Uganda

Business Development & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and successfully onboard new B2B clients, including retailers, salons, distributors, and beauty shops, to expand market footprint.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and deliver compelling client presentations that drive conversion throughout the sales cycle.
Account & Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through structured field visits, regular follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
Financial Accountability: Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payment collections, credit control, and seamless account management.
Territory & Route Management: Execute strategic route plans, maximize market coverage within the assigned territory, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date customer database.
Market Intelligence & Field Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits to track product performance, monitor stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment with distributors, and gather insights on competitor activity.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile and submit comprehensive daily/weekly sales and field activity reports directly to the Sales Director.

Industry Background: 3+ years of FMCG sales experience, specifically in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields (Diplomas accepted with strong, relevant experience).
Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently smash sales targets and drive revenue.
Channel Mastery: Skilled in field sales, retail distribution, and managing both modern and general trade (supermarkets, salons, and beauty retailers).
Presentation & Presence: Exceptionally well-groomed, confident, and articulate—perfect for representing a premium beauty brand.
Tool Kit: Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales tracking tools; strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
