Job Title: Telesales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, confident, and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting company products or services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Present and explain products or services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company sales procedures and maintain professional communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report progress to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling telephone sales and customer objections.
• Sales-oriented, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Previous telesales or call center experience is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, subject to company requirements.
