Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, email and face-to-face consultations.
  • Understand each student's educational background, needs and study goals, and provide accurate information on the school's programmes and admission requirements.
  • Conduct professional consultations with prospective students and parents.
  • Follow up assigned leads consistently and maintain effective communication throughout the enrolment process.
  • Work towards individual and team enrolment and sales targets.
  • Assist students and parents with application, registration and enrolment procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, consultation and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate closely with Student Services, Academic and other departments to ensure a smooth student journey.
  • Participate in education fairs, open houses, information sessions and other school recruitment activities.
  • Ensure that all information provided to students and parents is accurate and in accordance with the school's approved policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in education, student recruitment, sales or customer service will be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
  • Proactive, responsible and results-oriented.
  • Strong follow-up skills and good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Willing to learn about Singapore's education system, the school's programmes and admission processes.
  • Able to maintain professionalism and integrity when advising students and parents.
