Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- To achieve and exceed personal/company sales target and KPIs
- Attend to customers’ needs and requirements and provide prompt after-sales service
- Actively look and contact prospective customers and customer segments who needs our product/services
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote new services to existing and prospective clients
- Prepare tenders documents, quotations, and contracts
- Perform client retention activities and ensure contract renewals are done in a timely manner
- Building of relevant prospects and pipelines
- Work closely with Operation department on customer work orders and bins dispatch, and assist to resolve issues related to the customer
- Assist Accounts Department with payment collection
Requirements:
- Diploma of any field or any other equivalent qualification
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably with own vehicle
