Job Description: Sales Executive

📍 Location: Chinatown

🗓 Workdays: 5-day workweek (Weekend Included)

🕚 Working Hours: 11:00 AM– 7:00 PM

💰 Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

Perform daily duties at the retail outlet, including customer service and sales
Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries
Assist in the authentication of watches, ensuring a thorough understanding of their legitimacy
Assist with inventory management, stock organization and general housekeeping
Maintain and update customer databases to track customer interactions and purchasing history
Follow company procedures and ensure transaction accuracy
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Job Requirements: 💼

Minimum 1 year of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury brand
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply too as training will be provided
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer- focused, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Passion for luxury watches and sales is an advantage
