Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads generated through social media, websites, and referrals.
• Connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements.
• Share company brochures, packages, and portfolios with prospects.
• Prepare and send customised quotations based on client needs.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately update lead status and client information in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations team for a smooth project handover once the deal is closed.
