What you will be doing:

• Learning the sales process inside and out through our comprehensive, structured training program.
• Welcoming dealership visitors, qualifying customer needs, and presenting new and used vehicle options.
• Building strong relationships to guide customers through test drives, finance options, and vehicle handovers.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and brand representation on the showroom floor.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and an eagerness to learn.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Hove, Chichester, and Littlehampton.
