Sales Force Intern

About the role

We are looking for an Intern for our department in Keytel Projects (Sales Force) in Barcelona.

Ensure that Salesforce contains reliable and updated information so that sales teams can work efficiently and make better business decisions.

What you'll do

• CRM management and control: Support the maintenance, control, and daily updating of databases in the Salesforce tool used by the sales teams.
• Data quality: Methodically review and validate the quality, consistency, and cleanliness of all information registered in the platform.
• Basic technical support: Provide assistance to internal users by resolving daily doubts and basic incidents related to the use of the CRM.
• Reporting and analytics: Collaborate in the preparation of commercial reports and perform basic monitoring and analysis of the collected data.
• Continuous improvement and projects: Participate in department projects oriented towards process improvement, tool optimization, and task automation.

What we're looking for

• Studies: Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, or similar
• Technical skills: Good command of Excel (ability to search for data, cross-reference information, and perform basic analysis).
• Interests: Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in technology, data analytics, and digital tools.
• Competencies: Methodical, organized profile with great attention to detail
