Sales - Founder's Office
NewBe an early applicantAbout the role
We've found real traction with enterprise customers, and we're ready to build the engine that scales past the founders. We're looking for someone who has tried building their own thing — started a company, ran a side venture, took a real swing on their own — and who knows how to sell.
You'll sit in the founder's office, own deals end-to-end, and help turn a founder-led motion into a repeatable one. This isn't a cog-in-a-machine seat. It's for someone who thinks like an owner because they've been one.
Who this is for
You've been in the arena. Maybe your venture worked, maybe it didn't — either way you learned how to find customers, pitch, handle rejection, and close with nothing but conviction and a product. You miss that ownership, and you want to channel it inside a company that's already found traction, without going back to zero yourself.
What you'll own
- Close deals end-to-end. Run the full cycle on qualified opportunities — discovery, demo, stakeholder management, negotiation, close.
- Carry and sharpen the playbook. We have a motion that works — you'll execute it, then make it better.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Champions, blockers, procurement — you'll work the whole org, not just the first contact.
- Partner with founders on strategic deals and quarterback the biggest opportunities.
- Help build what comes next — keep the CRM honest, report pipeline straight, and shape the team that gets hired after you.
What we're looking for
- You've run your own thing — a startup, a bootstrapped venture, a serious solo project where you had to find and win customers yourself.
- Real sales experience — you can point to deals or revenue you personally drove, whether for your own venture or a company.
- High agency. You thrive without a fully built system; you'd rather help build it.
- Commercial instincts — you read a room, sense the real objection, and know when to push and when to wait.
- Owner's temperament — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity.
