Imagine360 is seeking a Growth Data Operations Manager to join the team! The Growth Data Operations Manager oversees workflows, governance, and data quality supporting sales, revenue operations, and reporting. This role manages account, contact, ownership, territory, enrichment, and AI-assisted data across CRMs and other data sources. They also drive revenue through improved broker/consultant targeting and management, supporting inside and field sales teams. The manager ensures processes are documented, data is accurate, issues are resolved, and teams have reliable information for operational and reporting needs.
Position Location: 100% remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Broker Data Effectiveness
- Examine broker data and workflow to increase effectiveness and revenue of inside sales and sales teams
Daily Data Execution
- Execute recurring account, contact, rep ownership, routing, enrichment, and operational data updates.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, acquisitions, territory changes, and other events requiring accurate account and contact updates.
- Distribute and reassign contacts according to approved coverage, capacity, and allocation policies.
- Partners across sales, revenue operations, marketing operations, analytics, and technology to resolve data issues.
Data Normalization and Enrichment
- Review enriched and automated data outputs for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and business usability.
- Define review criteria, approval rules, escalation paths, and exception handling for AI-assisted workflows.
- Partner with technology, analytics, and business teams to improve AI workflows while maintaining effective human oversight.
- Manage account and contact deduplication, normalization, and enrichment using approved tools and rules. Maintain consistent account naming, parent structures, taxonomies, firmographic fields, and contact data.
- Administer data tools such as ZoomInfo and Clay and evaluate source reliability, match rates, accuracy, and downstream usability.
Data Health, Quality, and Governance
- Document workflows, system ownership, data movement, and process boundaries.
- Monitor data for duplicates, missing or outdated values, inconsistencies, and other issues affecting reporting or operations.
- Own visibility into data quality issues and recommend fixes, controls, validation rules, and automation. Investigate root causes, document findings, and coordinate corrective action.
Territory, Rep Book, and Reporting Support
- Partner with Marketing Operations on HubSpot lead quality, field alignment, syncs, handoffs, and ownership boundaries.
- Manage territory assignments, rep book changes, coverage updates, account allocation, and related data in Excel and Salesforce.
- Prepare and validate source data for inside sales reporting, broker lists, and ad hoc requests. Identify reporting gaps and process inconsistencies and recommend practical fixes.
Required Experience/Education:
- 5+ years of experience in data, revenue, or sales operations, preferably in a complex B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM data structures, governance, data quality, enrichment, deduplication, system integrations, and issue resolution.
- Experience documenting workflows, identifying root causes, and coordinating solutions across technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted data workflows, governance, validation and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, ZoomInfo, Clay, SQL, and automation platforms.

- Clean source data for reporting, broker lists, and business decisions.
