Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Palm Beach Territory Expansion)
Compensation: Base Salary up to $200,000 + Performance Bonus + Commission
Total Earnings Potential: $300,000+ annually

As we continue our aggressive growth throughout Broward County, including expansion into Palm Beach County, we are seeking an exceptional healthcare sales professional who has consistently delivered high-volume Medicare admissions and built lasting referral relationships throughout the healthcare continuum.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for a proven producer who can immediately impact admissions growth and market expansion.
Position Summary
The Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding referral relationships with physicians, hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
The successful candidate will be expected to drive significant Medicare census growth and establish Home Care Providers as the preferred home health partner within the market.
