Sales Interior Designer Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer Consultant to manage design projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a passion for design innovation, and a proven ability to manage teams and client relationships. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Job Scope

• Lead and conceptualize design projects, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support in design development and technical execution
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and collaborating across disciplines
• Good organizational skills to oversee the entire design process, from initial consultation to final installation, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources
• Meet prospects to expand the firm’s business
• Crystalize concepts into drawings (hand drawings or software)
• Project Management / Coordination
• Liaise closely with contractors and suppliers, able to plan and monitor delivery schedule
• Able to manage client’s expectations and build rapport with clientele
• Able to work independently with responsibility
• Great interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in relevant industry
