How it works
- Full commission or hybrid structure, depending on what fits you
- You own your projects end to end — design, client relationship, and delivery — with the studio guiding the broad design direction
- Studio provides the tools and support behind your design work
What you'll do
- Take leads through consultation, proposal, and close
- Develop designs from concept through detail design and construction drawings
- Produce mood boards, perspectives, and renderings
- Coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and run your own project meetings
- See projects through construction — schedule, sequencing, and site quality
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design and technical coordination issues
What you bring
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Prior ID experience preferred — you should be comfortable in front of a client
- Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Enscape or SketchUp Layout a plus
- Self-driven, organised, and able to carry a project without being chased
- Full-time commitment
