Summary
Manage end-to-end interior design and renovation projects, from client consultation and quoting to design development and site inspections, using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
We're a renovation contractor with HDB license, set up in Y2010.
How it works
- Basic salary plus commission.
- You own your projects end to end — meeting client, work out quotation and delivery.

What you'll do
- Take leads through consultation and referrals, proposal, and close
- Develop designs from concept through detail design and construction drawings
- Produce mood boards, perspectives, and renderings
- Coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and run your own project meetings
- See projects through construction — schedule, sequencing, and site quality
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design and technical coordination issues
What you bring
- ITE, Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field experiences
- Prior ID experience preferred — you should be comfortable in front of a client
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Enscape or SketchUp Layout a plus
- Self-driven, organised, and able to carry a project without being chased
