JOB SCOPE

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
Develop design concepts, themes, and styles based on client requirements and industry trends.
Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
Select appropriate materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories to complement the design concept.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion and adherence to client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

Meticulous, positive working attitude, self-driven individual, and passion in home styling.
Knowledge of using drawing software.
Meticulous in the quality of work produced, with emphasis on creativity and aesthetics.
