Job Descriptions:
1. Handle for some customer invoicing, they are : Astra Daihatsu Motor, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha- (Daily).
2. Invoicing process for them (Making, Sending and Follow up)- (Daily).
3. Communication with PPIC Dept about shippment and delivery note/kanban- (Daily).
4. Follow up and collect Purchase Order from Salesman group- (Daily).
5. Register Monthly Order (MO) to Japan- (Monthly).
6. Do stock taking at the end of the month, starting from counting parts in Genba until input results to the JAMPS system (an EDI system)- (Monthly).
7. Update sales results P by P every month to original budget planing- (Monthly)
8. Make reconciliation between Delivery Parts vs Invoice- (Monthly)
9. Supporting Corporate Head to Make Budget Plan- (Yearly)
