You’ll help connect homeowners with the solutions they need—making sure every interaction is smooth, informed, and successful.
What You’ll Do At AllTech, you’ll support our customers and our Comfort Consultants (outside sales) by making the process seamless from inquiry to installation. Here’s what your day might include:
C – Curiosity:
Stay sharp on our services, pricing, and promotions
Help customers explore their options by asking the right questions and offering tailored information
Keep learning—about people, systems, and process improvements
A – Ambition:
Handle inbound calls from homeowners and turn questions into appointments
Enter and manage leads, quotes, and orders with speed and accuracy
Support our sales team with proposal prep, follow-ups, and contract coordination
Schedule installations, manage materials and ordering, and keep jobs on track
R – Responsibility:
Maintain accurate records, update sales databases, and prepare reports
Communicate clearly with technicians, reps, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with job costing, materials procurement, and proposal support
E – Empathy:
Listen actively to customer concerns and needs
Offer solutions with care and clarity, not pressure
Work collaboratively with your team to keep things running smoothly
Follow through on commitments—our customers deserve nothing less
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
Experience booking sales appointments or supporting a high-volume Sales Team is a big plus
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office tools, and multi-line phone systems
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including alternating weekends
This is an on-site role at our office in Northern Virginia
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including availability on alternating weekends
Must be able to work on-site daily
