Sales Management & RevOps - AI Training Project

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Sales Management and Revenue Operations professionals to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating and reviewing realistic, high-difficulty business scenarios that test AI capabilities across sales forecasting, CRM/CPQ operations, territory planning, quota allocation, compensation design, and pipeline analytics.

The ideal candidate brings senior-level commercial leadership experience and strong hands-on knowledge of modern RevOps systems, sales operations, and revenue planning.

CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, up to 9 weeks

COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, or the United Kingdom

PROCESS: 60min Online Test (MCQ, short tasks)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-difficulty sales and RevOps tasks based on realistic commercial scenarios.
  • Develop gold-standard solutions covering forecasting, pipeline management, CRM workflows, CPQ logic, quota design, and compensation planning.
  • Build realistic scenarios involving territory models, revenue forecasts, deal-desk policies, and pipeline-performance analysis.
  • Evaluate sales funnels and identify revenue bottlenecks, forecasting risks, and operational inconsistencies.
  • Review CRM logic, datasets, assumptions, and commercial models for accuracy and realism.
  • Review and calibrate the work of other contributors against defined quality standards.
  • Apply established evaluation rubrics consistently across complex business scenarios.
  • Identify and escalate genuine edge cases, operational conflicts, and unclear evaluation criteria.
  • Participate in calibration and revision cycles to improve the quality and complexity of project outputs.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of professional experience leading sales, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations functions.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with CRM and RevOps platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and CPQ systems.
  • Advanced experience with sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue-performance analysis.
  • Proven experience designing territories, quotas, and sales compensation plans.
  • Experience producing executive-level deliverables such as forecast models, territory plans, compensation structures, deal-desk policies, or performance dashboards.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex sales funnels and multi-variable commercial models.
