Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve group and individual sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships
• Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends
• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews with team members
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for business development

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Experience in tech or IT solutions sales will be an advantage
