Sales Manager

We are hiring for a Sales Manager position in India's leading Automobile Industry, focusing on Electric Vehicles. The Sales Manager will be responsible for showroom sales, primarily dealing with two-wheelers and electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will greet customers, identify their needs and preferences, and demonstrate the company's high standards along with the features and benefits of various motorbikes. The role involves advising customers on the best bike options based on their needs and budget, negotiating prices, and finalizing sales. Additionally, the Sales Manager will arrange finance and insurance options for customers, coordinate the delivery of bikes, and build strong relationships with clientele. Providing excellent after-sales service and support is crucial, as is maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Collaboration with other sales team members to achieve sales targets is expected, along with identifying customer requirements and supporting them throughout their purchase journey. Upselling to enhance the customer experience and building a strong rapport with customers and the local motorcycle community are also key responsibilities.
