What you’ll do:

• Lead by example answering inbound calls, texts, and emails
• Guide customers to a decision with zero pressure tactics
• Resolve customer issues quickly, fairly, no blowback
• Mentor the team and use AI and modern software to work faster

What it takes:

• 3+ years in sales, managing a team a plus
• Communication skills that make strangers trust you
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Fluent with ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and CRM software
• Attitude over pedigree
