Job Summary

Lead sales operations across multiple branches, drive frontline staff performance, and coordinate marketing campaigns to achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sales performance across all branches to meet revenue targets
• Monitor daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Motivate and train frontline staff to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness
• Implement company campaigns and events in coordination with branch teams to maximize impact
• Collaborate with HQ’s digital marketing team to align branch activities with marketing campaigns
• Manage recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified new staff members
