1. Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.
2. Assists to conduct extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
3. Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.
4. Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts
5. To develop and maintain the best possible relationship with clients and their representatives to ensure future business and repeat business.
6. To increase occupancy, average rate and profits of the hotel.
7. Perform others duties assigned by the management.
