Sales Manager - Anakapalli

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Anakapalli region. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing strong client relationships within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base in Anakapalli.
* Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including market research and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Anakapalli market and local business landscape.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
