Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and grow revenue for our beauty salon. You will oversee the sales team, drive customer acquisition, and ensure targets are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow salon revenue
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching/guidance to team members
• Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and ensure high service standards
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with management on promotions, packages, and pricing strategies
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a sales leadership/supervisory role, preferably in beauty/aesthetics or retail industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Results-driven with a proven sales track record
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with target-based incentives and KPIs
