Description

Automotive Sales Manager - Lead from the Front, Not the Desk!

We’re not looking for a traditional “desk manager.” We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic leader who thrives on the showroom floor, engages directly with customers and sales staff, and drives results through active involvement.

About the Role:

As our Automotive Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the sales department—managing by walking around, leading with enthusiasm, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture. You’ll be expected to close deals, coach your team in real time, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively lead and support the sales team throughout the day—not from behind a desk
  • Be involved in every stage of the deal—from greeting to close
  • Drive performance through hands-on coaching, accountability, and energy
  • Manage and optimize digital retailing tools and online deal workflows
  • Ensure timely follow-up and engagement through CRM and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and process improvement

What We Offer:

  • $60K–$120K+ annual earnings with uncapped commission potential
  • A performance-driven culture with a team-first mentality
  • Access to cutting-edge digital tools and technology
  • Clear growth opportunities within a respected dealership group
  • Competitive compensation with aggressive performance incentives
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative environment
  • Annual Recognition Program – Be celebrated for your success
  • Paid vacations + Paid Parental Leave
  • Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and more
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Paid uniforms – Look sharp, feel sharp
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Work-life balance – No Sundays!
