Sales Manager (Beauty industry)

Job Description & Requirements
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm, Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm
- Location: IMM and Bedok
- 8 days off per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the shop opens and closes on time and runs smoothly throughout the day.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and increase revenue.
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Beauty Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to speaks mandarin would be an added advantage
