Job Title: Sales Manager
Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in a luxury spa environment. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by selling treatments, packages, and services, while coaching and managing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and upsell spa treatments, services, and packages to clients

• Cross-sell complementary services to maximize revenue

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets

• Track sales performance and monitor key metrics

• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

• Follow up with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team goals

Qualifications
