Key Responsibilities Develop and execute city-level sales strategy Build and manage a high-performing sales team Hire, train, and mentor sales executives Create sales SOPs, reporting systems, and performance metrics Generate business from builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, and RMC plants Build long-term customer relationships and key accounts Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Expand market presence and increase market share Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution Track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities Drive customer acquisition, retention, and collections Requirements : 5+ years of B2B sales experience Experience in Cement, TMT Steel, Construction Materials, RMC, Building Materials, Infrastructure Products, or related industries Proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience in team handling and sales leadership Robust network of builders, contractors, developers, and industry stakeholders preferred Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a startup environment What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply manages sales.
