Job Summary

This critical manager role leads the building of Coway Singapore’s Direct Sales organization, driving market expansion through end-to-end sales operations, including recruiting, training, and managing freelance sales agents and sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit freelance sales agents by identifying and targeting effective recruitment channels to expand Coway’s sales network
• Develop and implement structured training and onboarding programs to equip sales agents with skills and knowledge for effective selling
• Manage and scale customer and partner referral programs to increase sales opportunities and market reach
• Oversee sales operations across online and offline channels, including roadshows and store sales, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Coach and support sales agents to improve performance and achieve sales targets
• Ensure compliance with local regulations related to sales activities and offline roadshow environments in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience managing sales networks or agent organizations in Singapore within Direct Sales, Home Appliances, Rental Services, Insurance, or Network Marketing
• Hands-on experience recruiting, structuring, and managing commission-based freelance sales forces
• Experience designing sales training curricula and coaching sales teams
• Business-level proficiency in English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
