Sales Manager (Data Centre)

Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance and ensure alignment with local market demands in partnership with the General Manager, Commercial
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and penetrate new customer segments
Identify, engage, and secure new customers while nurturing long-term partnerships to expand revenue streams
Manage sales pipeline proactively to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the General Manager, Commercial to oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal structuring
Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business associates to unlock new business opportunities
Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction with products and services

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role
Proven experience in network solutions and connectivity, including data centre interconnection, dark fibre services, and IP services
Skilled in managing the full product lifecycle using customer-centric, data-driven, and design-thinking approaches
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
