About the Role
As a Sales Manager on the Display team, you will play a key role in developing and driving commercial opportunities with both existing and new customers. You will work closely with Headquarters, regional sales, and technical teams to identify new business opportunities, sense market trends, and build strong strategic relationships
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue goals and expand market share within the assigned market segment.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including RFQ management, pricing, and contract negotiations to optimize profitability
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Dell OLED business, overseeing all operational and strategic issues
- Represent the customer's voice internally, working with Production, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure a "Customer-First" support system
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve critical issues and improve overall product delivery.
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure a seamless transition from development to mass production
- Perform regular market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities in corollary markets
- Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen Samsung Display’s competitive position and enter new segments
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent
- At least 7 years of relevant Sales experience in a multinational company
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing or related industry
- Good communication skills & stakeholders management
- Ability to coordinate effectively across Headquarters, regional offices, and cross-functional teams. Positive attitude & good team player
- Customer-focused, responsible, and able to manage multiple commercial priorities
