- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various process engineering project and O&M contract.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Relevant sales/business development experience in an engineering, M&E, EPC, industrial, or project-based environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of developing business independently.
Achieve assigned sales, order intake, revenue, and profitability targets.
