Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our medical spa team. In this role, you will engage with clients, provide guidance on services and packages, and drive spa sales. The ideal candidate has a professional presence, strong communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on spa services, packages, and retail products

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales

• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure excellent client experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Polished, professional demeanor

• Interest in skincare, wellness, or the spa industry is a plus
