Bionic architecture is used as a foundation - this is a design method inspired by nature, which takes into account ergonomics, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The active phase of geodetic work is in progress and sales of apartments are open.
What tasks await you:
- Qualifying leads using Zoho CRM;
- Outgoing calls (with a script);
- Working with agents - process inquiries, client registration, scheduling appointments, concluding agency agreements;
- Conducting negotiations with clients in the project showroom;
- Updating the CRM system with deals, contracts and invoices.
We expect you to:
- English Native Speaker
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service manager, sales manager, or other position within the sales department;
- Successful sales experience;
- Experience in real estate or knowledge of Thai regions;
- English level: at least C1.
