Sales Manager

1. Support and develop the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.

2. Work closely with the sales team to identify their strengths and weaknesses

3. Develop personalized coaching plans

4. Provide ongoing support and feedback.

5. Tracking and reporting on the sales team's performance.

6. Develop and deliver sales training programs

7. Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales representatives

8. Track and report on the sales team's performance

9. Identify and develop sales opportunities

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2. 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the medical tourism industry

3. 2-3 years of experience in a sales coaching or training role

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Fluency in English and one or more additional languages is a plus

8. Experience with medical tourism software and systems is a plus

9. Experience with sales CRM systems is a plus

10. Experience with sales performance management tools is a plus
