General Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a related discipline for the role.
• Proven track record and hands-on professional experience corresponding to the executive level applied for.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Deep industry knowledge and relevant software/technical proficiency for specialized roles (e.g., CRM for Sales roles).
