About the Role
The company is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in generator, industrial, and agricultural equipment sales. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand market share, manage the sales team, and develop strategic B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil and gas, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and government institutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value generator deals.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
- 5–12 years of experience in generator, power, agricultural equipment, or industrial machinery sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of diesel and gas generators, preferably ranging from 15KVA to 2,000KVA.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
