Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Africa or the Middle East. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in complex technology solution sales, a proactive business mindset, and the ability to develop new markets and strategic customer relationships.

What you will do

• Drive sales and business development activities across the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities.
• Sell complex communication and technology solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Lead long-term sales cycles, discussions, and negotiations.
• Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Travel extensively throughout the region.

Requirements

• Experience in international B2B technology sales – must.
• Experience selling complex, multidisciplinary (both hardware and software) solutions – must.
• Proven ability to develop new markets and customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and business drive.
• Fluent English – must.
• Additional language (Arabic, French, Russian, etc.) – advantage.
