Strong Internet Sales Experience Required
Hyundai of Orange Park is looking for an experienced, aggressive, and motivated Automotive Sales Manager who understands today’s digital automotive business and knows how to turn internet leads into showroom traffic and SOLD vehicles!
We are looking for a leader who can drive results, develop salespeople, manage internet opportunities, and help take our dealership to the next level.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven automotive Sales Management experience.
- Strong background in Internet Sales, BDC operations, and CRM management.
- Ability to convert internet leads into appointments, showroom visits, and sales.
- Experience desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing customers.
- Strong understanding of lead management, follow-up processes, and accountability.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable for performance.
- Knowledge of internet closing ratios, appointment show rates, and lead response times.
- A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to get involved and MAKE DEALS!
