Sales Manager

Sales and results

• Deliver the annual sales target for the business unit.

• Build and execute the yearly sales plan for the business unit and review it each quarter.

• Track sales every week. Spot gaps early and act on them.

• Find new business opportunities and new accounts.

• Share weekly results and customer feedback with the Managing Director.

Team management

• Lead the business unit sales team.

• Hire, onboard and train sales representatives.

• Spend time in the field. Join cases, joint calls and key customer meetings.

• Coach the team. Give regular, honest feedback.

• Set clear goals for each person and review them every quarter.

• Address underperformance early and directly.

KOL management

• Build and keep long-term relationships with KOLs in Singapore.

• Engage Heads of Department, procurement leads and senior decision makers.

• Run the in-country KOL program, speakers, advisory boards, peer-to-peer events.

• Support the team on complex tenders and product evaluations.

• Capture customer feedback and bring it back to the company.

Administration

• Keep the CRM clean and up to date across the team.

• Submit reports, forecasts and expenses on time.

• Stay within company policies and HSA regulations.

• Liaise with manufacturer partners on day-to-day matters such as training, product materials and updates.

• Liaise with Operational Team for stock management and product shipment
