Sales Manager - HL(Ahmedabad)
Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth in the Ahmedabad region. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets within the HL segment.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for the HL segment in Ahmedabad.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
* Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the HL segment.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and strong understanding of the HL segment.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
