Sales Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate our growth in Helsinki.
In this role, you will:

Develop strategic sales plans that drive performance and revenue
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
Motivate and empower your team to exceed expectations
Play a central role in shaping our sales strategy, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service

You’ll join an ambitious, growing team currently based in Helsinki and Malaga—two key hubs for Hubexo today and in the future.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Identify new opportunities, growth segments, and product/service potentials
Set clear team goals and regularly follow up on performance
Optimize sales processes, CRM use, and workflows for maximum efficiency
Provide management with insights on sales results, forecasts, and challenges
Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Identify and attract top talent to strengthen the team
Foster a strong, collaborative, and performance-oriented culture

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience managing or collaborating with remote or cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of Finland market dynamics and customer behaviour
Strategic mindset with a proven ability to execute effective sales strategies
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
People-focused, collaborative, and passionate about team development
Professional, clear communicator with a growth mindset
