Sales Manager (Hydrogen)

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Hydrogen (H2) sector across India. The candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, expanding the existing customer base, managing a pan-India sales team, and enhancing the brand visibility of Shavo Technologies in the Hydrogen market solutions and high-pressure systems domain. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage sales for our Hydrogen market segment across India. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in hydrogen mobility, electrolyzer OEMs, refueling stations, research institutions, and energy EPCs. - Promote and sell products such as high-pressure regulators, instrumentation valves, fittings, gas boosters, air-driven pumps, filters, hoses, and system solutions for H2. - Drive H2 market strategies and build key customer relationships. - Manage and mentor a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure effective coverage. - Collaborate with application engineers and project teams for technical support, proposals, and demos. - Work closely with marketing to enhance the brand value of Shavo in the H2 sector through exhibitions, webinars, and digital platforms. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy updates relevant to the hydrogen domain. - Regularly report to senior management on business forecasts, pipeline development, and revenue realization. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of high-pressure components and hydrogen systems. - Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to end-users. - Knowledge of hydrogen safety practices and standards is a plus. - Prior experience in handling regional teams or distributors. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings, exhibitions, and field support.
