• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and refrigeration system installation and maintenance for commercial clients
• Manage sales activities targeting restaurants, kitchens, and other business premises to meet revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align project execution with customer requirements and company standards
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Lead sales negotiations and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management
