Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions.
- Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Business, and Life Insurance.
- Handle inbound live transfer leads from customers actively shopping for insurance.
- Follow up with internet leads provided by the agency.
- Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize value for clients.
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
- Previous insurance or sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience preferred but not required
