Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Manager – Study Abroad Programs (Australia) to drive student recruitment, business growth, and market expansion for international education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving student recruitment targets, building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders, while promoting study abroad opportunities and educational pathways. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in education marketing, student recruitment, and international education services.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned student recruitment and sales targets for each academic intake and academic year.
• Promote study abroad programs and international education opportunities to prospective students and parents.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, counselling sessions, and information sessions to support student recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
• Identify new recruitment channels and market opportunities to increase student enrollments.
• Plan and assess market potential for each academic cycle and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure effective follow-up of student inquiries and applications.
• Provide professional guidance to prospective students regarding international education pathways and study options.
• Support marketing campaigns, educational exhibitions, school visits, and promotional events.
• Monitor competitor activity and changing market trends within the international education sector.
• Prepare recruitment forecasts, sales reports, and performance updates for management review.
• Contribute to the growth and market positioning of international student placement programs.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the education sector.
• Previous experience with Australian university recruitment or study abroad programs will be strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in driving student recruitment growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer orientation with a genuine passion for supporting students and their educational goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and execute recruitment strategies effectively.
• Good understanding of international education pathways and student recruitment processes.
• Sound educational background.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
